SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS:
Layn Walker/ c/o Eric Ghazaryan - The applicant is returning to the Commission to satisfy the conditions imposed for the Certificate of Appropriateness No. 14-040 for the property located at 2079 Main Street.
CONTINUED HEARING - MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-059 Clarke Gray/ c/o Robert Stello – Application to construct an addition, renovate the dwelling, demolish the existing garage and construct a new garage located at 30 Bridge Street.
SIGNS:
14-063 Soft as a Grape/c/o Lou Gonzaga – Application to install a hanging wall sign located at 464 Main Street.
14-064 Sancheska’s of Chatham/c/o Lou Gonzaga – Application to install a light pole sign located at 470 Main Street.
MINOR ALTERATION:
14-062 Timothy Smith – Application to install stairs to an existing deck located at 1281 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-060 Glen & Rhonda Doherty/c/o Jamie McGrath – Application to construct an 8x12 shed located at 19 Collins Lane.
14-061 Kenneth Proctor/c/o Alec Meyers (SolarCity) – Application to install solar panels located at 23 Chatham Heights Road.
14-065 David Oppenheim/c/o Aaron Polhemus(PSDAB) – Application to construct a new dwelling located at Lot 1 Isaac Hardy Lane.
