Information for Meeting of Devens Enterprise Commission

In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

•	Wetland Request for Determination from MassDevelopment for the proposed road resurfacing, new curbing, sidewalks, and drainage improvements within 100 feet of wetlands.  Property located in the Hospital Road Right-Of-Way on, and in the vicinity of 40 Hospital Road (Parcel ID # 17-99-1900), Devens, MA in the Village Growth I District, Open Space and Recreation District, and Aquifer Water Resources Protection District.  

4.	New Business:
•	Request for Determination of Zoning Compliance – Commonwealth Fusion Systems Properties located at 111 Hospital Road (Parcel ID #18-7-200) and 11 Grant Road (Parcel ID #19-8-400)
