Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Southampton Personnel Policies and Procedures Board (PPPB) will be conducted via email unless interested parties contact the PPPB at email@example.com 24 hrs before the scheduled meeting so that remote participation can be arranged.

• Approve Minutes for March 19, 2020
• Since Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and any incremental hourly increases pertaining to the CBA do not come under the purview of the PPPB, I am proposing that only Department Heads (Police and Highway Departments) and the Town Accountant need sign off the Personnel Change Form (PCF). This way the Town will have a record (PCF) of any employee increases that the Treasurer Office would use to facilitate timely CBA hourly increases. The original PCF would be retained in the employee personnel file maintained by the PPPB.
I am asking that the PPPB members approve the above.
