The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

REQUEST FOR 1-YEAR EXTENSION:

43 Wells Hollow Road, Heather Kany, SE 10-3034: Request for a 1 year extension to complete the permitted boardwalk and to conduct additional follow-up invasive plant management.

FIELD CHANGE REQUEST

77 (aka 74 & 77) Sears Point, Patrick Brogan and Patricia Black, SE 10-2797: Request to remove trees and plant native vegetation.

110 Sea Shells Drive, Kevin Barry, SE 10-3216: Request to relocate a shed and stone wall and extend the stone wall.

110 Old Salt Works, Goodrich Chatham Realty Trust, SE 10-3263: Request to remove the proposed cedar shiplap siding and substitute lead or zinc copper paneling and modify the roof section profile and overhangs without an increase in overall roof coverage.
