•	Review and approve/deny MVE Warrant and Commitments(3)
•	Review and approve/deny chapter land applications received for FY23.
•	Review WB MASON invoice #223363270 and approve/deny
•	Review CAI Technologies invoice #13098 approve/deny
•	Review Registry of Deeds invoice # 30612 approve/deny
•	Review Regional Resource Group INC Invoice #4515 approved and signed by Chair 

New Business:
•	Discuss 3rd member status continued.
•	Chapter Land application in Tax Title.
•	Chapter land applications returned- second reminder sent out
•	Error made 2019 S. Exemption.
•	Statutory Exemptions returns missing from mailing FY22
              One missing 41C- left voicemail 9/16/2021 send 3rd reminder
