Information for Meeting of Devens Enterprise Commission

In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

•	2017 Annual Charity Chili Cook Off – request by the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce for a One-Day License for the sale of beer and/or malt beverages at the annual charity chili cook-off to be held Sunday October 8, 2017 on Devens Common (Parcel ID# 20-3-300) from 1 PM - 4 PM.

•	85 Patton Rd. – Level Two Sign Variance application from The Sign Center on behalf of TaraVista Behavioral Health Center requesting a variance for one (1) monument sign and two (2) on-site freestanding directional signs that exceed the maximum dimensional allowances under 974 CMR 6.03(5)(b); 974 CMR 6.03(1)(e) and 974 CMR 6.03(5)(c).  Property located at 85 Patton Road (Parcel ID# 10-4-1702) within the Innovation & Technology Business Zone in Devens, MA.


•	38 Jackson Rd. – Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by Bristol-Myers Squibb at 38 Jackson Road (Parcel ID # 9-4-200) for improvements to the Clinical Manufacturing Building including the addition of a loading dock, a new service elevator, a concrete pad and fence enclosure for a new liquid nitrogen tank, utility re-routing and a 2’-4’ high retaining wall between the building and new loading dock driveway.  The parcel is located in the Innovation & Technology Business zoning district.
