Opel Clark, public service award discussion. Xan Kinsmen, PMS use as a Pre-K. Conservation Committee request appointing Daniel Sheehan as a member. Selectboard Secretary position, review applicants. Executive Session, MGL 30A, Section 21, reason #2. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel. Old Business Review quotes for town hall and other town buildings cleaning and sanitizing. New town hall copier, purchase or lease agreement, review quotes, vote. Senior tax write off, clarification of process, future AA project. Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, discuss up to date progress on these matters. Town Buildings sanitizing. Alarm swipe cards to limit touch area's to reduce virus transfer. Discuss any Covid related matters, vaccines, testing or fed and state mandates. Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions. Follow up, missing minutes from zoom meetings. Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP. Agriculture Commission request file cabinet and space to store scale. Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and siding repairs including library and annex roofs, any changes, discussion and votes. Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements. Including year end account transfers when accountant has amounts. Adjourn.
