5:10 PM/ Map 11 Lot 36/496 Lambert’s Cove Road: a public meeting under the requirements of the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sourati Engineering Group, LLC on behalf of Mark V. and Catherine M. Peters, Trustees of Stratisbury Realty Trust for a project to install a new septic system and perform associated site for an existing single family dwelling.

Public Hearings

5:30 PM/ Map 6 Lot 7.2 : a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering, Group LLC on behalf of Harrowby Property Co., LTD (owner) and Dunster Realty, LLC (holder of an easement) for a project at 245 John Cottle Road. The project consists of the reconstruction of a section of an existing private road within 100 feet of the top of a coastal bank that is used for beach access by foot and vehicles. 

6:00 PM/ Map 23 Lot 3.1: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Kate and Geoffrey Lauprete and JMMoulton Realty Trust, (lessee) of property located at 71 Tisbury Lane West owned by Seven Gates Farm Corporation.  The project consists of brush cutting paths within a bordering vegetated wetland and Riverfront Area for access to the wetland for removal of invasive species, construction of a 6 foot wide footbridge over a stream, removal of above-ground utility wires and poles, and trenching to install underground service.
