A. Administration to present a COVID-19 Monitoring plan (if this/then that) to be approved by the School Committee no later than August 26th on what events within both Norris and/or the general community that would cause a pause and/or reversal of this phased reopen plan.
B. Update from Administration on the process for a full remote model with continuous updates as to the readiness of the district to be successful in a full remote model in order to ensure the highest possible level of educational service delivery and continuity for students.
C. Provide process that a parent/guardian would use to opt-out of a return to school and go full remote.
D. Administration to provide a draft communication to approved by the Committee to be sent out regarding change in busing resources for this coming year. In addition, Committee to be provided with detail mapping of how this applies to each student and the process used to make the determination.
i. Discussion of requesting assistants from other Town Departments on this change, specifically the Police and Highway Department.
ii. Consideration of hiring Crossing Guards.
E. Review Draft of the new year school calendar which should be available to committee member a day in advance so action can be taken at the meeting to approve.
