The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

33 Morris Island Road: Top all vegetation from left to right side of the property in coastal dune area, prune/shape evergreen trees, remove invasive material from evergreen trees, remove poison ivy and other vine material by hand


CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE:

368 Seapine Road, SE 10-2635: Certificate of Compliance requested for an experimental project to re-establish an upper high marsh community landward of a pre-existing fiber roll array. Project also included installation of coir pillows, additional planting and sand nourishment.

102 Cedar Street, SE 10-3175: Certificate of Compliance requested for foundation work, installation of bump outs for additional living space, reduction in existing patio coverage, and partial elimination of walkways.

132 Old Salt Works, SE 10-3066: Certificate of Compliance requested to elevate an existing structure, floodproof the garage, elevate the Title 5 system, remove rear patio and replace with larger deck, remove lawn area and trees and plant native plants.

94 Uncle Alberts Drive, SE 10-2774: Certificate of Compliance requested for ecological restoration and land management activities
