The Water Commission will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an Open Session will have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Water Plant and the Chairperson so declares.  The Water Commission will be re-convening in Open Session following Executive Session only to adjourn.
