Request for Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit Approval Decision Extension by Ceres Labs for an adult use marijuana independent testing lab, for property located off at 134 Chestnut Hill Avenue (Map 31 Parcel 20). Approval was granted on June 19, 2019, which is valid for two years unless extension requested by Applicant and granted by BPCD based on good cause determination. V. Discussion on potential for zoning bylaw amendments to allow marijuana cultivation and other related-uses in the Residential-C Zoning District VI. Update of process for the development of Downtown Zoning-related Zoning Bylaw Amendments VII. Discussion on Split Lot Zoning in the Town of Athol, including potential related zoning bylaw amendments VIII. Discussion on potential re-zoning of Residential-C (RC) to Residential-B (RB) zoning in the Pleasant Street corridor from Main Street to Route 2 IX. Discussion on development of specific Bed and Breakfast (B&B) Zoning requirements X. Warrant Article Review and Vote to recommend or not to recommend the following articles for matters concerning the physical, economic, and environmental development of the Town for the June 14, 2021 Annual Town Meeting Warrant: Articles 27, 28, and 29 XI. Opening day plan review of The Boston Garden Dispensary, 946 Main Street, per Condition #4 of Retail Marijuana Dispensary Special Permit issued on January 2, 2019. XII.
