The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  
REQUEST FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSION

48 Scatteree Road, Carolyn MacDonald, SE 10-3072: Request for a 1 year extension to demolish a single-family dwelling, construct a new dwelling, manage invasive plants, and install a vegetated buffer strip.

FIELD CHANGE REQUEST

77 (aka 74 & 77) Sears Point, Patrick Brogan and Patricia Black, SE 10-2797: Request to reduce the size of the buildings and structures within the 100 foot buffer zone to the Coastal Bank. 

AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS 

Pcl 71 (aka 0) Stephen Drive, Bob Adamo , SE 10-3312: Application to amend an existing Permit under SE 10-3312 to include substitution of a concrete wall for approved boulder wall on left & right side of the property; proposed change in materials used in construction of walls ; proposed extension of block wall approximately 53 ft along the rear of the pool, 2-ft off the limit of work; 	proposed installation of pool fence at top of new wall; installation of rinse station and reduction in size of approved deck at Pcl 71 (aka 0) Stephen Drive, Assessors Map 8D parcel 71.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE:

Fox Pond (off of Strong Island Road), Chatham, Owner Fox Run Association, CWP 12-115N: Request for a Certificate of Compliance for the pond management program.

270 Stage Island Road, Craig Morong, SE 10-2941: Certificate of Compliance requested for the replacement of an existing septic system with a Title 5 system, construction of additions to an existing single family dwelling.

DISCUSSION:

Hiring an outside consultant for 107 Taylors Pond Road: As provided by MGL Ch 44 §53G, the Chatham Conservation Commission may impose reasonable fees for the employment of outside consultants for specific expert services deemed necessary by the Commission. The Conservation Commission will discuss hiring of a Certified Arborist to conduct a vegetation survey at 107 Taylors Pond Road, as detailed in the Enforcement Order issued on July 12, 2019
