6:30pm  In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 beginning at 6:30 p.m. regarding a request for  Modification to the Special Permit and Site Plan granted September 18, 2018 [Orange Zoning Bylaw Section 2235, 5300, 5400] by Oak Square Development LLC of 119 Braintree Street, Suite 211 Boston MA 02134 and John O’Hara 1661 Paradise Ridge Trail, Polebridge, MT 59928 for property at 445 West River Street (one parcel, identified as assessor’s parcel map 235, lot 2) for the purposes of addressing shading concerns related to the installation of a 1264 Kilowatt ground mounted solar array and associated stormwater systems. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Wednesday noon to 5pm, and Thursday 7 am to noon. Appointments to view the application or electronic copies of the application are available upon request by emailing planning@townororange.org. 7:00pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on April 23, 2019 beginning at 7:00pm regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan request for 52 Creamery Hill Road, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 213, Lot 25) by Sunpin Solar Development, LLC(Marsel Kamberaj) of 3 Corporate Park, suite 168 Irvine, CA 92606 and J&S Realty Trust-Myron Maron, Trustee of 32 North Main Street, Petersham, MA 01366 for construction and operation of an approximately 5.0 MW AC (1450 kWdc) large scale ground mounted solar facility with associated utilities, grading and stormwater management systems. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Wednesday noon to 5pm, and Thursday 7 am to noon. Or by appointment.
