Crowther Construction-construct two (2) dugouts ~ $4,703.46
Fleury Lumber-construction materials for dugouts ~ $4,433.01 

•	Old Business:

1.	Lions Club, new roof on pavilion at Conant Park, CPA funded.

2.	Conant Park, updates on the new playground at pavilion and new Little League fields updates.  
 
3.	Angel statue at Crossroads Park, new pavers.  Need to discuss walkway & landscaping design and construction in spring of 2016.  

4.	Conant Park and Labrie Field, update use of fields and schedule/type of games to be played.  Review field permit for Labrie Field Spring of 2016.  

5.	Shed for Labrie Field, parking rail fence, bulletin board & benches.   Home Depot donations of monies and materials in 2016.

6.	Need sign for Crossroads Park $750.00 and Labrie Field $1,000.00, CPA fund request.

7.	Highway Department to install posts with collection bags for dog waste at Labrie Field.

8.	Southampton Water Department, new water meter pit at Conant Park.

9.	Adult baseball team on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings update.
