In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

•	Recommend action for Street Acceptance of the following Road Rights of Way in the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone in accordance with the Devens Street Acceptance Policy:

2.	Newly constructed portion of Chance Street between Antietam Street and Grant Road, 
3.	Existing portion of Jackson Road between Barnum Road and West Main Street

Devens Enterprise Commission

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to recommend formal acceptance to the MassDevelopment Board of Directors, in accordance with Chapter 498 of the Acts of 1993 and the Devens Street Acceptance Policy, for the following Road Rights of Way in the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone: 
1.	The existing portion of Chance Street between Antietam Street and Buena Vista/Elm Street, requested by MassDevelopment Devens Engineering;
2.	The newly constructed portion of Chance Street between Antietam Street and Grant Road, requested by Dan Gainsboro, Devens Village Green, LLC;
3.	The existing portion of Jackson Road between Barnum Road and West Main Street, requested by MassDevelopment Devens Engineering.
Plans and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
