6:31 Public Hearing on Wednesday November 1, 2017  6:30 PM. at the Narragansett Regional High School, 464 Baldwinville Rd, Baldwinville, Ma. 01436, KIVA Room, to consider a request by Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, counsel for the Board of Trustees for the Day Mill Townhouses Condominium Trust. The Trust seeks to remove a condition of the Comprehensive Permit, issued by the Town of Templeton Zoning Board of Appeals, requiring that 62 units in the Condominium be subject to a 55 or older age restriction.

07:00 PM or as soon thereafter agenda allows: Public hearing acting under the Town of Templeton Zoning By Laws, section 5.2.3, Use Regulations-Nonconforming Structures, to consider a request made by Antoon Lawindy of Patriots Pizza and Roast Beef to build a pizza restaurant at 136 Patriots Rd. This lot is pre-existing non conforming lot that does not meet the current minimum lot area of 1 acre or 150’ feet of road frontage.
