1. Approval of Minutes of previous meetings: 10/6, 10/27.
2. Review RFP status; discuss Q&A written questions (if any) and responses.
3. Discuss procedures for evaluating and selecting the recommended firm—Sections VII and VIII of the RFP.
4. Identify Committee member to check respondent references.
5. Key Dates:
- 11/4: send written responses to questions.
- 11/13 4:00 PM: Posted meeting for opening proposals.
- 11/14 – 11/17: Check references.
- 11/17: Committee agrees upon recommended firm.
- 11/18: Send recommendation to Selectmen.
- 11/19: Selectmen’s meeting to award job.
