Information for Meeting of Financial Advisory Committee

Attached are the minutes of the September meeting (thanks Diane) that 
you should read prior to the meeting. Also, some new news: the house behind Roger 
Wheeler on South Street, McCulley property (in tax title and also deferred taxes), is on the market and 
has been one that the town has unofficially been strongly interested in for years. 
At the next meeting Diane and I are also going over my recent (annual) 
comparison of numbers vs. our 6 abutting municipal neighbors, as well as 
12 other municipalities in the state (of varying wealth and financial ability).

2.	Update Capital Plan Spread Sheet
3.	Verify Calendar Status/reviews, etc. 
4.	Final Funding Discussion if Free Cash Available 
5.	FAC discuss for Treasurer and anyone else to attend FINCOM/Selectmen meeting on Monday, October 20th at 7:30
6.	Review Treasurer Fiscal Status Report/FY14: Don’t miss this. 
Diane and I are going to go over comparisons of different municipal figures and focus on 4 or 5 major numbers that we all may need to work on!
