The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Ch. 272.
 
The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability: 
83 Seagull Road, Seagull Enterprise Properties LLC: Proposed installation of new, 12.5 ft. x 60-ft three tiered boat rack and addition of third tier on two existing boat racks at 83 Seagull Road; Assessors Map 15A, parcel H98. Special Permit required; Scheduled on ZBA agenda for January 8, 2015
