3. Appoint Custer as District Director and Veterans' Agent for FY 2021. Q&A with Director Custer on operations report forwarded ahead. Confirm her employment agreement salary for FY 21 at $49,200 with commensurate benefits (as approved in the FY 21 budget).
4. Elect District Chairman and Secretary for the FY 21.
5. Select a meeting place, date and time for July (or later).
6. Executive session, if desired or needed.
