Joint meeting with the Selectboard.
To review litigation re ZBA Decision regarding Proposed Cell Tower at Chimney Hill, Petersham.
Call to Order and Enter Executive Session with a Roll Call Vote.
Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.
