In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

•	HEARING POSTPONED 32 Walnut Street – Petition from the property owner regarding the May 30, 2019 emergency condemnation order issued by the Devens Enterprise Commission through its Agent (Nashoba Associated Boards of Health) for the dwelling located at 32 Walnut Street in Devens MA

4.	New Business:
•	McInnis Cement, 35 Saratoga Blvd – Request for 12-month extension to commence construction until August 2020 and a 14-month extension request to exercise the height variance

HEARING POSTPONED
The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday June 25, 2019 at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to hear a petition from the property owner of 32 Walnut Street, Devens, MA, regarding a May 30, 2019 emergency condemnation order issued by the Devens Enterprise Commission through its Agent (Nashoba Associated Boards of Health) for the dwelling located at 32 Walnut Street in Devens, MA.

Documentation regarding this order may be viewed at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours (8:30AM-4:30PM) Monday through Friday.
