New Business:
1.Veteran Exemptions - Review those that may qualify for full exemption based on MGL 59 and sign applications that qualify. 
2. ATB Hearing Oct. 22, 2021 Received Notice
3. Commitment for Excise Tax Review and Sign
4. New Employee Policy- CORI
5. Chapter 61B Lien Question for property subdivided from 60 acres to three 20 acres parcels without change of use. Do new liens need to be recorded? 
6. Set expectations for Interim PA beginning 9/21/21
7. Any other New Business
Old Business:
1. CPA funds Update - CP1 was properly submitted in Gateway by 9/15/21 deadline. CP2 must be reconciled by town accountant and the deadline is end of October, 2021.
2. Chapter Land Update - applications are coming in.
3. Interim PA - Beginning regular hours next week, Tues. 9/28
4. Continued Search for New Principal Assessor and job description - streamlining position with more clerical help
5. Conservation Restriction valuation - look at undevelopable land valuation to compare Chapt 61 tax reduction
6. Any other old business
