Information for Meeting of Assessors (Board of)

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessors will meet on August 25, 2021 at 5:15p.m., in Room 130, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA.  If there are more attendees than R-130 can accommodate, this meeting will be moved to R-124.

Action Items:

- Review & Approve open meeting minutes of July 28, 2021
- Review & Sign Monthly Motor Vehicle Excise Report for July 2021
- Review & Sign PP preliminary abatement for former owner of Auto Clinic - #101620 - Closed business July 2020
- Review & Sign Chapter Land Lien release for properties located at Map 6-1-5 and Map 6-1-7
- Review and sign Chapter Lein Release and new Chapter Lien at 86 Boardman St Map 15-53-19
-Review and sign PA abatements for 10-32-8-85 and 10-32-8-86 due to lightning/fire damage
-Review and sign FY2023 Chapter 61 applications

Enter Executive Session under MGL 30a, Sec. 21(a) 7 and MGL 214, Sec 1B to comply with or act under the authority of MGL c59, Sec 60.
