Announcements

Approve Minutes.

Appointment of New Part Time Police Officer

Jessica Sizer, Cares Act and ARPA process and related matters discussion.

Shawn Suhoski, Cares Act and ARPA process, RFP, and related matters discussion.

Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, discuss up to date progress on these matters.

Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary  coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, discuss advertising, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.

Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA  Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.

Follow up on PMS reuse committee, any progress, members to be appointed?

Library Assistant appointment, Zilicia Howard, Library Trustees voted to approve.

Request to use PMS from Northeast Houndsmen for man-trailing seminar from Sept 19 to Sept 24th
(We should check if this interferes with any other planned meetings or activities)

Updates on building repairs/renovations. Vote on PMS  roof repair estimate.

Tim Haley, conservation, weed control, Queen Lake.

Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements.
Including year end account transfers when accountant has numbers.
