   * Co-Chair
   * Cap. Improvement Rep.
   * Secretary (elected vs. hired)
   * Spread Sheet
New Business:
1.  25% of budget into stabilization?
2.  Level fund?
3.  Dept. budget due date?
4.  What material do we want to see in budget proposal presentations? 
List agenda items are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.  Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent it is permitted by law
