7:00 Regular Session, call to order

Announcements

Approve Minutes.

Opel Clark, Alphonse Chartier Public Service Award, continue chairing this project?

Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, discuss up to date progress on these matters.

Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary  coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, discuss advertising, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.
Discuss having selectmen working on more matters until positions are filled.

Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA  Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.

Appointments
PMS Building/Renovation Committee, any new members? Presently 4, should have at least 5.
KP  Law, town attorneys.

Reminder, use  of PMS, Northeast Houndsmen for man-trailing seminar from Sept 19 to Sept 24th
(We should check if this interferes with any other planned meetings or activities)

Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and siding repairs.

Tim Haley, conservation, weed control, Queen Lake.

Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements.
Including year end account transfers when accountant has amounts.
