7:00 Regular Session, call to order

Announcements

Approve Minutes.

Street light conversion to LED per proposed agreement, discuss and vote.

2020 Census documents, discuss, vote and sign as required.

Discuss ESSER II funds and school budget , discuss options, appoint individuals, votes as needed.

Follow up on status of Cares Act and ARPA, discuss up to date progress on these matters.

Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary  coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, discuss advertising, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.
Discuss having selectmen working on more matters until positions are filled, clerk draft missing minutes from zoom meetings.
Discuss and set up interview process, possibly appoint screening committee or B.O.S. do interviews.

Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA  Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.

Agriculture Commission request file cabinet and storage space for scale and equipment.

Appointments, KP  Law, town attorneys.

Updates on building repairs/renovations. Status of HVAC units to be replaced and siding repairs.

Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements.
Including year end account transfers when accountant has amounts.
