2. Open Time for the Public 
3. Approval of Minutes from December 4 & 18th, 2017. 4. Report of the Principal Assessor to the Board of Assessors and take any actions necessary relative to the Report. 
5. Chairman's report to the Board of Assessors and take any actions necessary relative to the Report. 
6. Review & Sign (if any) Month End Lists, Warrants. and Commitments incl. "Chapter Land" white papers. 
7. Any additional reports. 
8. All other business new/old including FY 19 budget requests and TIF plan for J&E Precision (and any item that cannot wait until the next meeting).
10.Set time and date of next meeting. 
11. Adjourn
