The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
138 Honeysuckle Lane, Peter and Eileen Faber:  Proposed installation of new, title 5 compliant sewage disposal system; proposed installation of new water service at 138 Honeysuckle Lane, Assessors Map 13B parcel 18.

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:
29 Battlefield Road, Thomas & Elizabeth Garvey, SE 10-: Proposed demolition of existing dwelling; construction of new dwelling at 29 Battlefield Road, Assessors Map 12B parcel C2. 

41 Mill Pond Lane, Maria Anderson, SE 10 -3251:  Re-opening of hearing for an NOI for proposed elevated stairs over the coastal bank and a Land Management Plan at 41 Mill Pond Lane, Assessors Map 15C parcel 9-7A. Revised plans rec’d. Special Permit required for the footpath and elevated stairway

38 Briggs Way, Thirty-Eight Briggs Way Nominee Trust, SE 10-3196: Continuance of hearing for NOI that was re-opened after re-advertisement for proposed relocation and reconstruction of existing beach access stairs and installation of a seasonal aluminum ramp and pile supported float at 38 Briggs Way, Assessors Map 17D-5 parcel B1. Revised Plans have been received.
