In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

1.	Chairman's Overview of Agenda

2.	Review Minutes:  January 30, 2018 & February 8, 2018

3.	Public Hearings:
•	     Continued Public Hearing:  95 & 105 Walker Road – Unified Permit application submitted by Little Leaf Farms, LLC for a proposed +/-227,000 square-foot greenhouse/office expansion and associated site improvements.  Properties located at 105 Walker Road (Parcel ID 39-14-501) and 95 Walker Road (Parcel ID 39-14-500)

•	     29 Saratoga Blvd. – Request for amendment to Level 2 Unified Permit issued to D&D Saratoga Boulevard Realty on February 23, 2016 for the construction of a +/-41,000 square foot building addition and associated site improvements.  The amendment includes a waiver request for relief from the 25’ front yard setback requirement under 974 CMR 3.04(1)(a) of the Devens Enterprise Commission Rules and Regulations.  Property located at Saratoga Blvd (Parcel ID #21-13-1400 - Integra Companies) 

•	     4 Ryans Way – Request submitted by Vivek & Rama Kamath for: 
1.)  a new Common Victualler’s License for ANANTH LLC d/b/a The Devens Grill;  
2.)  a transfer of the All Alcoholic Beverages License from JELJ Inc., Elaine Gailey, manager   d/b/a The Devens Grill to ANANTH LLC, Rama Kamath, manager d/b/a The Devens Grill.  Both licenses are for the same premises located at 4 Ryans Way (Parcel ID #20-3-300.D) described as a 4,200 s.f. single floor restaurant and 200 s.f. outdoor patio area with a 200 total seat capacity

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 27, 2018 at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA for a requested amendment to Level 2 Unified Permit issued to D&D Saratoga Boulevard Realty on February 23, 2016 for the construction of a +/-41,000 square foot building addition and associated site improvements.  The amendment includes a waiver request for relief from the 25’ front yard setback requirement under 974 CMR 3.04(1)(a) of the Devens Enterprise Commission Rules and Regulations.  Property located at Saratoga Blvd (Parcel ID #21-13-1400 - Integra Companies) in the Rail, Industrial and Trade Related Uses Zoning District within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.  Plans and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
