1. Call to Order  
2. Open Time for the Public  
3. Approval of Minutes from January 8, 2018. 
4. Report of the Principal Assessor to the Board of Assessors and take any actions necessary relative to the Report.  
5. Chairman's report to the Board of Assessors and take any actions necessary relative to the Report.  
6. Review & Sign (if any) Month End Lists, Warrants. and Commitments incl. "Chapter Land" white papers.  
7. Any additional reports.  
8. All other business new/old including FY 19 budget and finalize the Principal Assessor's job description (and any item that cannot wait until the next meeting). 10.Set time and date of next meeting.  
11. Adjourn
