4. New Business:
a. Discuss and approve amended FY 16 Administrative Budget.
b. Re-appoint District Director (effective Jul 1, 2015 thru Jun 30, 2016)
c. Elect officers (Chairman and Secretary). Consider rotating Chairman position.
d. Approve application to re-establish District to include the Town of Orange.
e. Approve new ByLaws dropping Templeton and adding Orange. Also change Board meeting frequency.
5. Set next meeting for July 2015.
