Timely items for Planning board consideration
Public Hearing (8:00 pm): site-plan review for Riverbridge to hear an application to amend Site Plan Approval, submitted by Riverbridge North, LLC, of 65 River Road West, and is identified as Berlin Assessor’s Map 3; lots 12, 13 and 13-1, containing 68.11 acres of land. 
The applicant proposes to amend the original approval to construct 205 Dwellings in a series of apartment and condominium buildings, and a total of 46,700 square feet of neighborhood retail in a series of one or two story commercial buildings, all with associated parking, utility, access and drainage infrastructure under the provisions of Berlin Zoning By-Law Article 4, Section 450 Village Overlay District.
