In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

The Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC) will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday April 9, 2015 at 7:30 AM in the Vicksburg Conference Room, at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider an Event Permit and One-Day Wine and/or Malt Beverages License request by Meet the Future LLC d/b/a The Bull Run Restaurant for an outdoor concert “Devens Rock 4 Warriors” to be held on Willard Field at the intersection of Antietam Street and Sherman Avenue from 
4 PM – 8 PM on Sunday May 17, 2015.  
A copy of the application may be viewed at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.

The Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC) will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday April 9, 2015 at 7:30 AM in the Vicksburg conference room, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider an Event Permit and two (2) one-day Wine and/or Malt Beverage License requests by Event 360, Inc. and Elaine Gailey of the Devens Grill.  The MS MuckFest event to be held on Willard Field at the intersection of Antietam Street and Sherman Avenue on Saturday April 25, 2015 and Sunday April 26, 2015.  Complete details and copies of the applications may be viewed at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
