The Chatham and Harwich Conservation Commissions hold the following public hearing in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131, s.40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act, the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Ch. 272, and the Town of Harwich Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Ch. 310.
All hearings shall be subject to discussion, taking of testimony, review of submitted plans, and a possible vote to approve or deny a project; or to issue a continuance to a time and date certain in order to receive and review further information as needed.
6:30 pm. HEARING
The following applicants have filed a Notice of Intent:
Muddy Creek at the Harwich-Chatham town line, 2010/2020 Route 28; Towns of Chatham and Harwich; Chatham Map 8L, Lot 2; Map 8K Lot GRA and the Route 28 Right-of-Way; Harwich Map 99, Parcel V1, Lots 5 & 7, SE 10-2937 and SE 32-2185: Proposed removal of two existing culverts under Route 28 and replacement with construction of a trapezoidal channel and single span bridge, roadway shoulder and sidewalks at Muddy Creek.
(Harwich Conservation Commission opened the hearing on February 27, 2014 and continued for further information.)
