Housing Production Plan Update: Presentation by Karen Sunnarborg on the proposed plan. The Housing Production Plan provides guidance to help towns meet the housing needs of the community as well as to get closer to the mandated 10% state affordability threshold for each town. All Housing Production Plans must be updated every five (5) years and approved by the Department of Housing and Community Development.
