Continued Public Hearing: • Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by McInnis Cement, Inc. for the proposed development of a Portland Cement dry storage and distribution terminal and associated site improvements on an existing 9.12 acre parcel of land located at 35 Saratoga Blvd (Parcel ID #21-13-1600) in the Rail, Industrial and Trade Related Uses Zoning District within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone. The Unified Permit application for site plan approval also includes a request for a height variance from 75 feet to 93’.9’’in accordance with Devens Bylaw Article IX.C.4. 4. New Business: • None 5.
