The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

EMERGENCY CERTIFICATION, REQUEST FOR EXTENSION: 

Chatham Harbor ( Northern Portion) Town of Chatham: Problems with the operation of the Barnstable County Dredge has resulted in unforeseen delays.  

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability: 
93 Woodland Way: (Applicant Peter Agnes III; Representative Wilkinson Ecological Design) Proposed sand nourishment (25 yards) on existing erosion control structures. Assessors Map 12K Parcel HC36.      

The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions:

28 Sedge Lane,Deborah S Willsea Rev TA et. al. & Heni & Robert A Schaller & Jean Henderson, SE 10-3055: Request to Amend SE 10-3055 to include the installation of sand bags overlying the property line of 10 Sedge Lane and integrate with the existing stone revetment at 28 Sedge Lane, Assessors Map 13M Parcels B9 (# 28) and B10 (#10 Sedge Lane). 

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent: 

104 Cranberry Lane: (Applicant Elizabeth Anne Donnelley, Representative Ryder & Wilcox, Inc.), SE 10-:   Proposed construction of an addition to the existing dwelling, two new covered entrances, convert the existing garage into living space, remove a portion of the existing paved driveway, construct an outside shower, storage area, patio and in-ground stairs.
