NEW BUSINESS:
1.  Approve Treasurer request for Advance of Funds in Lieu of Borrowing Report - $601,405.12 from Stabilization as may be necessary - Vote	
2. The Board of Selectmen will meet jointly with the Energy Committee.  The Energy Committee meeting agenda is as follows:
A joint meeting with Colonial Power, Hampshire Council of Governments and the Energy Committee to discuss the transfer of HCOG obligations to Colonial Power in regards to Community Choice Aggregation.
