| Agenda: | NOTICE OF REMAND PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with M. G. L., Chapter 40A, and the provisions of the Brookfield Zoning Bylaws Section 4.D, Use Regulation Table 6.c; Section 8.C., Site Plan Approval; and Section 12.C., Special Permits; the Brookfield Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on an application for the construction and operation of a Commercial Fuel Storage Facility (propane) in on property owned by TCP Realty, LLC, 37 Hook Street, Southbridge, and located at 14 Post Road, in a Business “A” District.
The public hearing will take place on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, starting at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Due to the closure of the Town Hall, THIS WILL MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA REMOTE PARTICIPATION. Documents to be used in this hearing are attached below. Note that the Site Plan/Planting pages (1 - 6) are screengrabs; the PDF document containing those pages was too large to download to this meeting notice.
Note: The Town Hall is currently closed to the public. A copy of the proposed Order of Conditions and Site Plan may also be inspected at the office of the Town Clerk at Brookfield Town Hall BY APPOINTMENT; call (508) 867-2930, ext. 12 or (508) 867-5500. Masks are required.
