5:30 Welcome – Susan Moran, current president of the Cape Cod Selectmen & Councilors Association and Falmouth Board of Selectmen Chair, and Tracy Post, Yarmouth Board of Selectmen Chair and incoming president of the Cape Cod Selectmen & Councilors Association will welcome attendees to the session and provide opening remarks
5:40 Opening Remarks – Paul Niedzwiecki, Executive Director of the Cape Cod Commission, will provide an overview and review of the evening agenda
5:50 Keynote Speaker – Bradley Campbell, President, Conservation Law Foundation – Bradley Campbell will give his keynote address about the need to take action and engage in cooperative efforts to address water quality on Cape Cod
6:10 Dinner
6:30 Presentation of OneCape Awards – Awards will be presented on behalf of the Cape Cod Commission recognizing individuals and organizations for outstanding leadership and dedication to water quality on Cape Cod
6:50 Panel Discussion with State and Federal Regulators – speakers will provide remarks and perspectives on efforts made on behalf of Cape Cod toward implementation of the Federal Clean Water Act Section 208 Area Wide Water Quality Management Plan Update over the last year. There will be an opportunity for attendees to discuss and ask questions.

7:30 The Future of the Barnstable County Regional Government of Cape Cod – Leo Cakounes, Chairman of the Board of Regional Commissioners for Barnstable County will provide his perspective on the direction and future of the Barnstable County Regional Government of Cape Cod. There may be an opportunity for questions and discussion with attendees as time allows.
