The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

EMERGENCY CERTIFICATION:

83 Seagull Rd and Parcel N133 (aka 0) Tisquantum Road, 30 Wikis Way & 27, 59, 75, and 97 Tilipi Run, Outermost Harbor Marine (Applicant): Request for an Emergency Certification to extend the dredge footprint and deposit sediment along permitted disposal areas including the revetment along Tilipi Run and Monomoy Wildlife Refuge. Assessors Map and Parcel: 15A1-12-H98, 15A2-1-N133, 15A3-O-US1, 15A3-2-N136, 15A3-1-N137, 14A3-1-N131, 14A3-2-B

REQUEST FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSION:

26 Salt Pond, Mary Holmes, SE 10-3182: Request for a 1 year extension to demolish the existing one car garage and build a two car garage with a second floor living space, construct an exterior stairway, install utilities and sewer lines, and landscape improvements.

687 Fox Hill Road, Christopher L Gorgone, Jr., SE 10- 3184 (Phase 2): Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions SE 10-3184 to include proposed moving and raising picket fencing; replace carpet roses with knock-out roses for delineation of meadow area; locate existing arborvitae on approved site plan at 687 Fox Hill Rd Assessors Map 12M parcel C5.

114 Potonumecot Road, Owner William G. Aschenbach: Vegetation clearing, regrading, construction of a stone wall, patio, fire pit, trampoline, ball court and white wooden sound board/movie screen. 

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE:

35 Lord’s Pond Lane, Joe and Michele Moloney-Kitts, SE 10-3016: Certificate of Compliance requested for construction of a screened porch on the existing dwelling, reconfiguration and expansion of the existing deck, add an entrance addition, construct a garage with a patio and exterior stairs, reconfigure the driveway and walkway, conduct restoration and plant management activities.
