The  following hearings are held by the Chatham Conservation Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch. 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

The following applicants have filed Requests  for Determination of Applicability: 
Old Main Street, Old Queen Anne Rd, Oyster Pond Furlong, Homestead Lane, Homestead Lane East & a portion of Cross Street, Town of Chatham: Proposed construction of gravity sewer and appurtenances within the road right-of-way , under existing road surface or in shoulder; proposed restoration of road surface drainage improvements along Old Queen Anne Road, Old Main Street, Oyster Pond Furlong, Homestead Lane, Homestead Lane East and Cross Street; proposed concurrent drainage improvements on Old Queen Anne Rd and Homestead Lane; Various Assessors Maps, Various Parcels
