The  following hearings are held by the Chatham Conservation Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch. 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

107 Taylors Pond Road, Patricia Donahue, SE 10-2939: Re-opening of hearing for proposed removal of 1 Pitch Pine & 5 small pines, removal of 10+ Black Locusts and one large Black Locust, pruning of oaks for view window and to maintain views; proposed planting of 3 Tupelo, 6 Inkberry, 3 Winterberry, 8 Eastern Red Cedars and 1 White Oak as mitigation; and seeding of bare areas at 107 Taylors Pond Road, Assessors Map 4C parcel T14.
