The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct the following Public Hearings on Tuesday March 25, 2014 beginning at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA 01434:

Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by 58 Barnum Rd LLC involving site plan approval and Wetland Request for Determination of Applicability for the construction of a 28,660 +/- square foot manufacturing facility and associated site improvements for Maxant Industries.  Property located at 58 Barnum Road, Devens, MA (Parcel ID # 28-17-400).
The Application and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.

Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by 112 Barnum Road LLC, to amend an April 3, 2008 Unified Permit Record of Decision by re-evaluating related parking requirements. Property located at 112 Barnum Road, Devens, MA (Parcel ID #’s 27-17-500 and 22-17-601).
Plans and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
