• Approval of Minutes: December 10th ,January 14th and 21st
• Hearings/Meetings:
5:10 PM: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Kent Healy on behalf of the Town of West Tisbury for a project to repair a 25 foot breach in the east Factory Brook canal wall that feeds the so-called Malay fire pond. The work will be conducted on land owned by the Martha’s Vineyard Garden Club located at 692 Edgartown West Tisbury Road. The work consists of the placement of 50 sand bags along the breech to redirect the flow of water into the fire pond.
