NOTICE
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), this meeting of the Town of Berlin Board of Selectmen will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. The Town of Berlin will use best efforts to post an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on:

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this public hearing of the Berlin Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can listen/view/participate in this meeting while in progress by Zoom Meeting protocol read aloud at the outset of this meeting and as posted in the official agenda posting for this meeting. Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments if they wish to do so, during the portion of the hearing designated for public comment, by raising their hand in the Zoom Meeting platform, or by speaking in successive order for those who join telephonically only.
