The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

FIELD CHANGE REQUESTS:

4 Minister’s Lane, Foxman Nominee Trust, SE 10-3280: Proposed changes to the granite block pavers located in the patio area situated along the north side of the existing dwelling.

4 Minister’s Lane, Foxman Nominee Trust, SE 10-3285: Proposed changes to the construction methodology to reconstruct the existing rock revetment.
